Golden Ratio's cocktail menu is organized by style rather than spirit, moving from bright and refreshing to richer, deeper, and more contemplative drinks.
Rather than beginning with classic recipes, our cocktails begin with ingredients—fruits, herbs, flowers, distillates, fermentations, and flavors that capture a particular season. Working closely with farmers, foragers, and producers, we build drinks around what is growing, ripening, and evolving throughout the year.
Many ingredients find a second life through our closed-loop distillation program, transforming citrus peels, herbs, bread, and other byproducts into unique spirits and flavor components that continue their story in the glass.
The menu is designed to help you navigate by mood and flavor rather than familiarity. Whether you're looking for something bright and citrus-driven or slow, spirit-forward, and contemplative, each section offers a different path through the menu.
Each drink is presented in three parts: the small text highlights key ingredients and spirits, the large title identifies the hero ingredient or primary flavor, and the line beneath offers a brief impression of what to expect.
